Antigua Casona San Blas

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. Its location is very close to the square where the cathedral is, and you'll pass the 12-angled stone on the way there. The facilities are excellent, and the staff are incredibly warm and always ready to help. The breakfast offered by the hotel is diverse and delicious, and the surroundings are very beautiful. The laundry service costs $7 per kilo, and if you send your laundry in the morning, you can get it back by the evening. Considering all of the above, the price is definitely great value for money. What’s worth mentioning is that my friend experienced severe altitude sickness. After getting out of the taxi and entering the hotel, he could barely walk. His blood oxygen saturation was very low, and he was breathing extremely heavily and exhaustedly. The doorman promptly assisted me in helping my friend to a chair and, without hesitation, immediately brought out an oxygen device for him. Throughout this time, he continuously reassured us and fetched warm water multiple times to help alleviate the symptoms. After about 20 minutes, my friend gradually regained consciousness and mobility. The doorman mentioned that if we needed an oxygen device in the room or wanted to call a doctor, we could contact the hotel staff at any time. He then helped me support my friend onto the elevator. Without exaggeration, the enthusiastic assistance and quick judgment of this hotel staff member saved my friend’s life. I am extremely grateful. If you are traveling to Cusco, please do consider staying at this hotel.

This property checks all the boxes! Its location is on an off street in one of the coolest parts of Cusco. The hotel atmosphere is amazing! The staff is professional, trustworthy and incredibly kind. So many of the staff went over and above for me- Emerson, Kevin, Grace, Miguel and more! The spa treatment with Sara was also unforgettable! The rooms are incredibly clean and comfortable. I’m not sure I’ve ever loved a hotel breakfast more. I’ve been blessed to travel a lot and I’m not sure if this isn’t my favorite hotel I’ve stayed at. I can’t wait to go back!

Probably my favourite accomodation ever in all my travels. The property had a rustic, cozy vibe which was perfect to rest in after a big holiday. Drinkable water jugs in the room and a drinkable water tap on site was a plus. We had hot water bottles, tea and a little chocolate every night. Wifi worked really well, along with the smart TV which had Netflix available. The restaurant onsite was perfect, absolutely delicious meals - especially breakfast in the morning which consisted of a buffet, but also a menu to order from (and the best coffee we’ve had overseas). The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Would definitely stay here again

I would rank this as one of the best boutique hotels I've stayed at all over the world. The entire hotel, amenities, outdoor space, rooms, dining spaces are designed beautifully and shows the character and culture of Cusco. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. All the staff is warm, friendly and helpful providing excellent care and service. We felt right at home in this hotel. Location is very convenient and within the historic center yet quiet. The breakfast selection is varied and all delicious. We used the laundry service which was delivered on time as scheduled. They have teas available for dealing with altitude sickness. There is a spa that unfortunately we were not able to use. We love this hotel and gladly recommend to anyone visiting Cusco!

This is one of the most charming and relaxing hotels I have ever stayed at. From the front desk, to the bartender, waiters, maids, every member of the staff I encountered over nine days was exceptional and greets you by name and with a genuine happiness to see you. The Restaurant is very nice and very accommodating. The spa is heavenly after a full day of walking, and the style is more like Vail than what one would generally think of Cusco. The quality of service for what I paid was again, exceptional. I simply can’t pay this hotel enough compliments for comfort and kindness they provided me. An absolute pleasure to stay at this wonderful hotel.
